We do get caught up in the fog of daily life, but Spring is here to remind us of beauty echoing out from the street corners filling our hearts with song. This is such an exhilarating season and I adore the intensity of colours everywhere; nature is awake! Below, a poem celebrating spring by Su Shi, a Chinese writer and poet of the Song Dynasty.
A spring evening-one priceless moment.
The smell of fresh flowers and the glow of the moon.
Sweet song drifts down from the balcony--beautiful.
The garden swing hangs motionless as evening drips away.
